Enrollment Process
Crabapple Montessori School seeks to create an ideal learning environment with services that support the whole child and the family. Our enrollment process is a simple one consisting of the following steps:
- Prospective parents are invited to schedule a guided tour of our facilities. Tours are generally hour-long and give parents an opportunity to observe the classrooms, ask questions, meet with teachers, and gain familiarity with Crabapple Montessori School. At the completion of the tour, parents can complete the Admissions Application form and submit with a $25 non-refundable fee. - Once the Admissions Application form is submitted, parents are invited to bring their child to the school to spend some time in a classroom with a teacher. It is designed to be a low-key “getting to know you” meeting for parents, teachers, and children.
- Once accepted, parents need to fill out the full Registration Package including medical info, emergency contact info, etc. Registration fees are due along with the package unless other arrangements have been made. Admittance for a child in the Primary program is contingent upon the child being independent in the bathroom and upon school readiness.
