The Crabapple Montessori Parent Association (CMPA) is a community of parents working together to enrich our children’s school experience.  In cooperation with the administration and faculty, the CMPA coordinates special events throughout the year as extensions of the classroom.  The children enjoy the special opportunities to share their school life with their families. 

The 2007-2008 PTA Board members are:

 Michele Venkatesan, President 
This is Michele’s second year serving as president of the CMPA.  She is the mother of Ian and Ann (Annie) Venkatesan. Annie will be attending Ms. Rose’s Primary class as a first year student and Ian is a 2007 graduate of Ms. Rose’s class.   He will be in 1^st Grade at Creek View Elementary this Fall. 

Mary Ann Pegg, Vice President
MaryAnn is the mother of James, Justin and Jordan Hughes.  Justin, age 5, will be a kindergarten student in Miss Christine's class.  Jordan, age 3, is beginning the primary program in Miss Lala's class this year.  James, a 2005 graduate of Crabapple Montessori School, will be a 3rd grader at Alpharetta Elementary School. 

Linda Damodaran, Treasurer
Linda is the mother of Raina and Neena Damodaran.  Raina, age 4, will be a kindergartener in Mrs. Usha's primary classroom and Neena, age 3, will be a first year student in Mrs. Rose's classroom. 

Deepa Gokhale, Secretary
Deepa is the mother of Riya Gokhale.  Riya will be 5 in October and will be in her second year in Ms. Christine’s class. 

Susan Morgan, Care Committee Chair
Susan is the mother of Matthew and Ashley Grace Morgan. Matthew will be a kindergarten student in Ms. Rose's class.  Ashley Grace is two and a half years old and hopes to attend CMS in another year.
