Franciele earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and a Master's degree in Literacy from Methodist University. Franciele strongly believes in the Montessori method, which consists of promoting autonomy and individual freedom, always respecting the limits of the natural development of the child's physical, social and psychological abilities. 

Franciele has been married for 15 years and has 2 children who are in middle school. In her spare time she enjoys crafting and drawing. Her passions include photography, animals, travel and spending time with friends and family. She describes herself as being organized and detail-oriented, and always focused on delivering a better experience for children through a good mix of fun and class routine.
