Mary Kimbrough joined Crabapple Montessori in the Fall of 2022. She earned her AMI Primary diploma from The Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies in Phoenix, AZ., and she is also in the process of completing her Masters in Montessori Education through Loyola University Maryland. She is originally from Mississippi and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Sciences from Mississippi State University. She and her family moved to Georgia in March of 2022. She has a lifelong, deep connection to Montessori Education. Her mother was a Montessori Guide and Mary Kimbrough attended the same Montessori school as well. She and her husband have been blessed with a son who is in the Primary program at Crabapple Montessori School. They live in Woodstock along with their dog Maggie. In her spare time, Mary Kimbrough loves to spend time with her family exploring their new town, traveling, concerts, creating computer graphics, attending football and baseball games, and tailgating at her Alma Mater.
