Indira Hesny was born in the Dominican Republic and has lived in Atlanta for the past 9 years. Indira loves exploring nature, learning about different cultures, cooking, and meeting new people.

Montessori has long been a part of Indira’s life as she started working in a Primary classroom as an assistant over 9 years ago. This experience gave her perspective on how the human brain works in such complex and intricate ways starting at a very young age. Now, as an AMI-trained Assistant to Infancy Montessori Lead Guide, Indira loves sharing the joy and freedom of exploration with children while guiding them through the journey of discovering new things about the world and themselves. And as the children learn, Indira finds herself learning just as much, if not more, from them as well. Indira is very excited to be a part of the Crabapple Montessori family.
